COVID-19 Operations

A lot about our organization's work has changed over the last year (honestly, what hasn't?) but we have found new ways to grow, learn, and engage with our community during the pandemic! We hope that we are able to return to our normal gardening design in the near future — so that we can meet new Westhaven residents! — but in the meantime, we've transitioned to advocacy and addressing food insecurity in the UVA community as well. The only thing that's really changed is we have postponed working with new residents and do not currently build the garden beds ourselves. We still work to deliver seedlings and info to returning residents.
